DSCARO Refund Policy

At DSCARO, we are committed to providing high quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a written communication (email) to our contact address : info@dscaro.com .

2. Refund Conditions

For an item to be eligible for a refund, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
  • Must include all original tags and accessories.
  • It must not show signs of use, damage or alteration.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request and verify that the item meets the conditions mentioned above, we will proceed to issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or does not match the description. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.
  • Items that have been opened and are not in their original condition.
  • Gift cards.

6. Changes

If you wish to exchange a product for another of a different size, colour or for another reason, we recommend that you follow the return process and make a new purchase of the desired item.
