Order Processing

Orders placed on dscaro.com are processed Monday through Friday and will ship within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

NOTE: Cancellation or address change requests will not be accepted for orders placed from Friday to Sunday.

Standard Shipping

We offer the following types of shipping to all destinations:

International Rates and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for covering any additional customs charges and taxes that may apply in the delivery country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
• Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
